Folkestone Taxis has been in operation since 1947 when it started with just three cars. In 1972 six drivers who worked from the ranks around Folkestone got together and bought the then family run business. "How things have since changed" Today the operation is manned by thirty highly trained telephonists and controllers. It's fully computerised booking and dispatch system runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

All our vehicles are less than seven years old. All of our 140+ drivers have been C.R.B. screened, have passed the local council knowledge test and all undergo regular medical examinations. We provide a comprehensive range of transport services including shopping, socialising, medical appointment and all port and airport transfers. We service more than two hundred business account customers, both large and small, throughout the southeast of England.
